A product with a new and remarkable design might therefore be preferred by the consumers and successful in the market. However, successful product designs often attract imitators and it is therefore of utmost importance to protect these designs. Protection for Designs can be obtained through filing before the Greek Industrial Property Organization and European Designs are filed before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
